•  Qualifier exam: This is the exam conducted by the IIT Madras management to check your knowledge about the course and how dedicated you are to it this exam is mainly conducted three times a year mainly in January, July, and September For more information refer to the official site of IIT Madras
•   Syllabus: For this particular exam you just need to know the basics of the previous classes and some of the concepts and the great thing is that whatever comes in the exam is taught them only so you need to go somewhere else for the preparation

What to do after the qualifier exam:

   After one has qualified for the exam he/she can move forward in the course through various levels this course can be a form of 3 years to 8 years depending upon the number of courses one has taken in the semester and it depends on how many subjects to pursue to device it you can figure it by seeing how many hours in a week you can give to this course , for more details refer to the link below.

Term wise break-down of the course: In the term, this course is particularly divided into two quizzes and one end-semester exam, if we go into detail we can say that the 1^st quiz, contains weeks 1-5 2^nd week contains weeks 1-8 and the end semester contains the full 12 weeks .

• Term wise breakdown : There is a term wise breakdown of the each semester each of it consist of 12 week or 4 months in which 2 quiz and one end term exam is conducted 

 Scholarship for the student: The college also provides students with some scholarship programs for students who are not finical stable, so based on their background they can get fees waived up to 75%. 

•  Foundation level : The Foundation Level comprises courses in Mathematics, Statistics, Basics of Programming and Python, and English. These courses have been chosen to ensure that the learner who passes these successfully is well prepared to proceed to the Diploma Level courses. 

• Diploma level : It is the next step in the course which is also the same as a foundation in a matter of time but has a different subject, There are two sections in the Diploma Level with courses for a Diploma in Programming and courses for a Diploma in Data Science. Each of these diplomas comprises 5 core courses, 2 projects, and 1 skill enhancement course.
•  BSc Degree level : The learner should have cleared all 8 courses in the Foundation Level and all 12 courses + 4 projects in the Diploma Level. 
•  BS Degree Level : The learner should have earned 114 credits and completed the BSc Degree Level to enter the BS Degree Level.
